

She is also the UK representative on NATO’s taskforce on ethnic intolerance in the military.īefore joining King’s, Jennifer built and led the justice and home affairs research programme at RAND Europe for 10 years.

She has been Principal Investigator on numerous cross-national, comparative interdisciplinary studies and is a member of the Ministry of Justice’s Data, Evidence and Science Board. Jennifer’s principal research areas include migration, integration and intolerance communities, crime and justice policy and the intersections between public health and related areas such as alcohol and drugs policy. She was formerly director of the Policy Institute and continues to work on a range of institute projects. Jennifer is Executive Chair of the Economic and Social Research Council, as well as a Professor of Public Policy at King’s.
